SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $20 USD. Orders under $20 will be charged a ground shipping fee of $7. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays.Orders with standard shipping take approximately 3-5 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. We do not offer expedited shipping.

We ship only within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. However, Carity products are available on Amazon.com in Canada and Mexico.

RETURNS

 Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can find a solution for you. If a return is processed, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit (original shipping fee not included). The cost for the return label will be deducted from your store credit amount.Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
